The House Menu contains some functionality for placing and deleting houses on your site. See the House Tools help page for more tools related to houses.
This menu option will open your House Definitions which shows you the house templates that are defined in the project. From here you can then select a previously defined house template to insert into the project or create a new house template.
After clicking this option you can then select a house on your site to move.
After clicking on this you can select a placed house to delete from the site.
